Women Reveal Times They Were Severely Underestimated

Being a woman definitely has its perks. We can wear whatever we want, cry whenever we want, and sleep with whoever we want — Just kidding, in that case, we'd be called "easy." But seriously it is 2021, a woman no longer strives to simply marry rich, they are smart, strong, and independent boss bitches. It has become increasingly clear that women are more than capable to support themselves, as well as their husbands and families, It is time the service world catches up as well.

My husband replied very dryly that he is only the plus 1 and that he must speak to me seeing that I am the one with the chequebook. 14.0k + Reply Give Awar

Marriage usually means ever-lasting love—except for the 50% of marriages that end in divorce, of course. But for the marriages that do work out, they take a lot of hard work and commitment. Sure, they are full of love, but it's not pure romance all the time. These memes will speak to your soul, whether you're married or divorced. They'll remind you of the trials and tribulations that marriage brings, but also of the joy and love that comes with it too. Sometimes.

Husband Misses Birth Of Child, Blames Wife, Gets Roasted

Anyone who has given birth will agree that labor is a pretty much all-consuming activity. All you can—and should be—focusing on is getting yourself to the hospital as quickly as possible. It would help if you didn't have to worry about tracking down your partner while doing so, who had made themselves as unavailable as possible. It sounds like an absurd scenario, right? Well, one woman who posted on Reddit's Am I The A-hole faced this very scenario when she couldn't reach her husband when she was in labor. After failing to respond to her texts and calls, she called a friend to take her to the hospital. Her husband, who only looked at his phone at the end of the workday, was p*ssed at her for not going via his office to get him, so that he could be there for the birth of their daughter. Of course, the internet jumped to the woman's defense, calling her husband out for being a massive a-hole.

People Tweet About The Stupid, Recurring Arguments They Have With Their Spouse

Marriage means being with one person forever—aside from the 50% of marriages that end in divorce, of course. And forever is a long time, so it's only natural for the quirks that you found cute about your partner at the beginning of the relationship will start to grate on you as time goes on. And so begin the recurring arguments, about the same old thing every. Single. Damn. Time. If you think your marriage is unique because you can't get away from these fights, think again. A viral tweet asking people for 'the stupid, recurring arguments you and your spouse just cannot, will not stop having,' has shown just how common some issues are in marriages.

Brother Accuses Sister-In-Law Of Cheating After She Starts Wearing Makeup, Husband Is Fuming

Having not put on a full face of makeup for the best part of a year, I jump at any opportunity to get dressed up. Or at least to feel like I've put some effort into my appearance, because how long can a girl wear sweats and have her hair in a messy bun before she goes insane? So I fully support any woman who puts on makeup to feel good about the way she looks, even if it's to stay at home. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees with me. One guy posted on Reddit's Am I The A—hole, explaining that his wife, who received some makeup as a gift, has started experimenting with different looks, adding that "she's really talented with it, and she's having a lot of fun." So far, so good.

That is until his brother "decided she must be posting pictures or sending pics to some dude or multiple dudes," aka, she must be cheating because there's no other explanation as to why she'd suddenly be wearing makeup. Of course, women only wear makeup to cheat on their partners, right? The woman's husband called his brother an "insecure, testicle grabbing, chauvinist man-baby," which obviously didn't go down well. Read the whole story below, and see how quickly Redditor's jump to her defense, commend the OP for his healthy attitude towards the entire thing, and call out the toxic brother-in-law for projecting all hit sh*t onto his brother's wife.

Funny Tweets About The Relatable Struggles Of Sharing A Bed With Your Spouse

If you're used to getting eight hours of uninterrupted sleep every night, then marriage might not be for you. One of the sacrifices you have to make in a long-term, committed relationship is sharing a bed with someone else for the rest of your life and enduring night after night of snoring, duvet stealing, and heavy breathing. It's not ideal, by any means. But it's the small price we pay for love, right? Right? Anyone? These hilarious tweets from the spouses of Twitter show the relatably annoying aspects of sharing a bed.

Relationships are a long and sometimes bumpy road. But couples who can find some humor in the day-to-day annoyances, disagreements, and quirks of married life are more likely to go the distance. Guy Ruins Wife's Expensive Gender Reveal On Social Media, Pissing Her Off Big Time

In my humble opinion, one of the worst trends that social media has perpetuated in the last few years is the gender reveal party. Never has there been a worse excuse to celebrate something that doesn't need celebrating. Parents, trust me, aside from you and possibly your parents, no one else is as invested in the sex of your baby. Let me say that again for the people at the back: NO ONE CARES! People have taken the trend way too far, spending insane amounts of money revealing the gender of their baby, and the madness needs to stop. One father, who also clearly feels the same, wrote to Reddit's Am I The Asshole after sabotaging his wife's $4K elaborate gender reveal plan for their unborn (spoiler alert) son. He posted the gender on Facebook instead, which left his wife understandably gutted. People commented with mixed reviews, some calling him an asshole for sabotaging his wife's announcement in the way he did, but others congratulated him for putting a stop to spending so much money on the gender reveal. What do you think? Asshole or not?

Relationships have their ups and downs. Sure, therapy is a great way to process your feelings, but it's expensive as f*ck. Twitter, on the other hand, is free. So when you need to rant about your partner who is driving you crazy or complain about being so single that you're starting to grow cobwebs down there (speaking for a friend, of course), then tweeting about it can be almost as therapeutic as therapy. Welcome to this week's funniest relationship tweets, where all the highs and lows of love get penned in 280 characters or less.
