More Funny Wedding Fails

Well, it's safe to say that no one is getting married any time soon. Not unless they want to stand two meters away from each other and whoever is officiating the ceremony, with no guests in attendance and not have a party. Sounds like it would make one big ol' giant wedding fail right? Well, back in the day before corona happened (does anyone remember that?), weddings didn't always go that smoothly either. Here are some more wedding fails for you to cringe at, while you distract yourself from the fact that life seems to have stopped for now.

Bad Home-Haircuts Happening Around The World

Being stuck at home right now means that we don't have access to many of the services that we're dependent on, like schools, gyms and beauty salons. And while homeschooling, doing home workouts and painting your own nails aren't ideal, they're still manageable for the hopefully, short term future. But some services, such as getting a haircut, really need to be left to the professionals because they're just to easy to mess up. These people learned that lesson the hard way, and are probably regretting their DIY chops.

People Of Tinder Attempting To Benefit From Lockdown And Hookup

The rules of quarantine and social distancing are simple: stay at home, do not see anyone and definitely do not hook up with people on dating apps. Ok, the last one isn't an official rule, but it's kind of obvious. For some people, however, it doesn't seem so obvious, and despite the world being in lockdown, there is some folk out there still trying to carry on as normal and get laid, using Tinder and other apps. While we're all for having virtual Facetime dates, for the time being, meeting up with someone in real life is risky for you, for them and for other vulnerable people. Can love (and sex) wait until coronavirus leaves us? Apparently not for these people...

Woman Designs Simple Postcard To Help The Lonely During Isolation

The quick spread of coronavirus has meant that an increasing number of people are having to self-isolate to keep themselves and others safe. Unfortunately, many of these people — especially the elderly — live by themselves and the loneliness can be overwhelming, particularly for the most vulnerable. Becky Wass, a freelance copywriter from Falmouth, Cornwall, decided to do something about it and designed a postcard for people to post to their elderly neighbors or anyone they know who feels lonely or isolated during the pandemic. Woman Raises Charity By Creating Website For Coronavirus Relationship Dramas

There is nothing that tests the make-or-break of a relationship more than being forced to indefinite co-quarantine. Whether it's your partner, your parents or your roommates, endless weeks of being stuck in a living space with someone will inevitably cause drama of some kind.  Meg Zukin, a social media editor at Variety is self-quarantining with her husband and they began to get on each other's nerves after only a few days. It inspired her to write a tweet asking the internet for any and all relationship dramas that they were experiencing in the time of coronavirus. She received so many responses, that she compiled them onto a google doc, charging $1 to read them, which would be donated to food banks and charities across the country. She raised more than $5,000 in two days and then decided to turn the project into a free and public website and is still taking donations of any amount. Here are some of the funniest submissions she has received, which will make you feel less alone in the quarantine struggle.

There May Be A Shortage Of Toilet Paper, But Not Of Toilet Paper Memes

Coronavirus, coronavirus, coronavirus. What else are people talking about nowadays? Yes, the unknown is scary and confusing, but people seem to be losing sight of reality. The public has embarked on a frenzy of buying stores out of toilet paper as if their lives depend on it, rather than food, medicine, and games to keep themselves entertained - all of which would be a lot more sensible. Unsurprisingly, coronavirus toilet paper memes are as hot of a commodity as toilet paper itself and here are some of our favorites to get you through this period of social distancing.

Funny Tweets From Parents Amid Coronavirus Confusion

Coronavirus is causing life as we know it to come to a standstill. Toilet paper is sold out everywhere, hand sanitizer is a commodity and hanging out with other humans is basically a big no-no. Kids aren't just at risk of spreading the virus, but also misinformation about the pandemic too, as playground chatter becomes fear-mongering rumors. Not only that but with the imminent threat of schools closing, kids could be stuck at home indefinitely and as you might have guessed, most parents aren't too happy about it. Here are some tweets from parents that show just how sick of coronavirus they are.

Savage Responses For Girl's Tweet About Dress Ordered Online

Like everything, online shopping has its positives and its negatives. On the one hand, it saves you from trawling the shops, allowing you to order from the comfort of your own bed to be delivered the next day. On the other hand, you never really know what you're going to receive in the post, given how most companies heavily photoshop the model wearing the clothing you have ordered. One girl was in for a nasty shock when the skin-tight pink latex dress she ordered looked NOTHING like the picture shown on the website. But when she tweeted a picture of herself in it side by side with the image that was advertised. she was in for a nasty shock, receiving some pretty savage reponses. Check them out below!
