Movies are about escapism - they're meant to take us away into a fantasy world, whether it's a cartoon, an action-thriller, a rom-com, or a horror movie. But even though it's not real, we still want to see plots that are somewhat believable, and sometimes, the producers just get it all wrong. Now these are some really ingenious ideas for alternative names to everyday objects. This is a brilliant idea, on the same level as renaming animals by their attributes, like Nope Rope (snake), and Fart Squirrel (skunk). Still, I think a bit of honest bluntness in how we refer to things in our daily lives could lead to some whimsy that seems to often be lacking in the day to day.
