the office

The Office is an American TV series that captured the hearts, minds and staplers of office workers, and normal people, around the world. Airing from 2005-2013, The Office's candid depiction of the mediocrity and weirdness that occurs in workplaces, especially offices, has left us all feeling a little better about our own 9 to 5 grind.

Woman Dresses Up As Her Favorite Characters For Creative Pregnancy Updates

Pregnancy is a time when your body goes through many changes, both physically and hormonally. Many women document the progression of their pregnancy but one woman did it in the most creative way. Grace Horine, a photographer from Barcelona who lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband Brennan, created weekly pregnancy updates on Instagram that combined their love of Disney, Harry Potter, and The Office. Each week, Grace dressed up as a character from one of their favorite shows and posed next to a chalkboard which listed what trimester and week of her pregnancy she was as well as indicating the baby's size and a quote that usually had something to do with whatever character she was portraying. What an original to document her beautiful journey to motherhood. Check out the pictures below, including one of gorgeous baby Charlotte who is in the final photograph.

Happy Valentine's Day! Today we celebrate love in all forms and it's a beautiful thing. When it comes to the love department, one source of inspiration I like to turn to is my favorite sitcom, "The Office". Not only is it is brilliantly genius, but a lesser-known fact about the show is how many pearls of wisdom on love and relationships it actually contains. Here are some of the most profound quotes from Michael Scott and his crew that teach us all the important lessons we need to know about love.

Oh and if you love the Dunder Mifflin crew as much as me, check out our previous post on Couples From "The Office" Who Inspire True Love?

Couples From "The Office" Who Inspire True Love

"The Office" is, in my opinion, one of the best sitcoms to have ever been created. A show that has become a household classic, we have been blessed with nine seasons of laugh-out-loud, cringeworthy and heart-warming moments. Its genius lies in the way we get to know and fall in love with the characters and their idiosyncrasies as the show progresses. From Jim and Dwight's constant pranking to Michael's compulsive need to be adored by everyone, the characters and their interactions are understandable and relatable to the masses.

But most of all, I think the show is about the complex pursuit of love. "The Office" shows us just how painful but beautiful it can be to find and maintain true, lasting love. In honor of the lead-up to Valentine's Day, here are some of the show's most famous couples' and the journeys they went on to find love with each other.
