Therapy is amazing. We love therapy here. But we also recognize that once you open pandora's box, there is no going back. Anyone who has gone to therapy has had that, "OMG my life isn't boring, I'm severely f**ked up! Awesome!" It's just a necessary line to cross in order for progress to be made.
The nice thing is that everyone who attends therapy kind of shares an inside joke between them. Once you hear someone say, "Oh yeah, my therapist said..." it's like a breath of fresh air. You realize that they're also in the club, and now your goal can be to make such an impact on them that they talk about you with their therapist. Just kidding of course.
