Everyone has their own fashion sense, so it's hard to comment on what objectively counts as bad fashion. But I feel confident when I look at these catwalk images that this is horribly bad, awful fashion. I know not all catwalk looks are necessarily meant to translate into high street fashion, but these take the cake. If anyone can shed some light on the purpose of these extreme, bizarre, and outrageous clothing designs, I'm all ears!

Fashion trends come and go, and you gotta roll with the punches if you want to stay current. But sometimes, things come back into style that are just not OK, and women everywhere are starting to revolt. 2021 has seen the revival of many vintage styles that, quite frankly, should stay in the era they originated, and there are lots of women who feel the same. These tweets represent their fury at 2021's disappointing fashion trends, and they're pretty hilariously accurate. Here are some more funny women's tweets, if these tickled your funny bone.

Everyone has the right to their own sense of fashion. But some people abuse that privilege and deserve to be named and shamed for their clothing choices. Fashion is an ever-evolving phenomenon that is influenced by pop culture over time. Athletes, musicians, movie stars, social media, and even royalty have huge impacts on the different trends that come and go in the fashion world. Still, it's we, the consumers, who suck it up and spend money on whatever they (whoever they are) tells us is trendy, happy to spend even more money the following season when that first purchase is no longer cool. Essentially, we're total suckers. But, sometimes fashion takes a strange turn and reinvents social conventions, turns all the societal norms on their heads, and makes us question everything we thought we knew about everything. Take these runway looks of men wearing skirts and dresses; they might be fabulous outfits, but I'm not sure how high-street fashion they could become.

Sometimes fashion designers come up with beautiful clothing that high street stores turn into wearable outfits. Other times, they design such bizarre looks that it's hard to tell if they're just a weird joke instead. Like these bizarre catwalk fashion looks, which have us wondering if the designers were being serious or just taking the piss. These pictures are all taken from the Instagram account Hint Mag, which claims to show 'fun with fashion,' but let's be honest, they are more like 'freak with fashion'. 

Catwalk fashion is known to be outrageous and flamboyant, but these ridiculous men's runway looks are too much for me. Either I'm missing something here, or high-end fashion is something I'll never understand. And you know what? I'm OK with that. 

What happened to the good old days, when shoes were purely a functional item of clothing that stopped the ground from cutting up your feet? Nowadays, it's all about who can come up with the weirdest, most innovative, and original shoe designs, even if they aren't practical. Fashion shows are for designers to showcase their upcoming designs, which then influence, and determine what will be "in" for the forthcoming season. The looks seen on the catwalk inspire designs found in high street brands, which will be sold en-mass to the general public. But sometimes, catwalk looks can be so striking, outlandish, and downright bizarre that you might confuse them with something you'd wear on Halloween.
