The world of Disney is full of princesses, damsels in distress, and courageous male knights in shining armor. DC and Marvel comics too, are predominantly full of male superheroes, with a severe lack of strong female presence. It's not exactly the most empowering message for young girls. But what happens when we combine the two worlds and turn the Disney princesses into superheroes and show young girls that princesses too can be as strong as Disney princes?
