Bridezilla Calls Sister A ‘Raging B****’ When She Can’t Afford To Come To Her Wedding

Planning a wedding can be very stressful. The more you plan, the more things can go wrong, and, well, it can take a village to ensure that everything goes seamlessly. If you're lucky you have a supportive circle of family and friends by your side to help you through it. It's normal to expect some help, but that doesn't mean you can start acting overly entitled and expect the world from each person you know. You may be getting married, but everyone else also has a life and in our humble opinion, it's not their job to drop everything for your 'happy day.'

Compulsive Liar Husband Fuming When Wife Calls Him Out In Front Of His Coworkers

Being married to someone, you kind of become a team, especially in social gatherings. You are in charge of taking careof each other, reading the other person's expression to see when they want to go home, and helping to make the other person look good in front of their friends. Although teasing is a form of flirting, nobody wants to be humiliated by their significant other in public. However, if you're some kind of compulsive liar, there is simply no way you can expect your partner to keep up with your literal BS. Here's an idea, maybe try honesty?

Woman Calls Her Sister A 'Homerecker' When Her Therapist Leaves His Wife For Her

Some issues are so multi-faceted you don't even know where to start. You can try to address the smaller things but sometimes there simply are no smaller things and you have to just take the problem as it is. Also, there will be cases where everybody is the bad guy and nobody really learns their lesson. Unfortunately, life isn't a movie, so you can't really wait around for people to get their just desserts. All you can do is live your life and try to avoid as much drama as you can.

Husband Fuming When Wife Ditches Him While He's In A Restaurant Bathroom

Everybody has their own hygienic routine, and it's not really fair to judge someone's just because it doesn't match your own. Obviously there are minimal standards, but then again, not everyone has the same access to hygienic facilities so it's probably best to not assume anything. This works vice versa as well, people who take hour-long showers should really consider their water usage. What are they doing in there for a whole hour anyway? Like we said, it's not good to judge, but It's hard not to get suspicious when someone could easily spend a good portion of their day in the restroom.

Nightmare Mother-In-Law Steals Grandsons Journal To Prove He's 'Anti-Social'

Even though you're blood-related, it's not always guaranteed that you'll be tight with your family. Sure you probably have some stuff in common, but it doesn't mean you'll all be best friends or even acquaintances for that matter. Let's be real, we all have some relatives we don't vibe with, and that just don't understand us in the slightest. Everyone has that crazy aunt, or uncle, or in-law, it's basically guaranteed. All you can do is remind yourself that they're the messed up one, and not you — unless it actually is you.

People Disclose Things That Make Someone An Immediate No For Them

Everybody has their own lists of turn-on's and turn-off's, we can't all be into the same things, that would be hella boring. We shouldn't use these as rules in relationships, however, it would probably be useful to know a couple of someone's deal-breakers before starting up with them, they might be really simple things to avoid. Plus, you could probably tell more about a person from their dislikes more than their likes sometimes. For instance, if a guy hates feminism, you better run in the opposite direction.

Man Refuses To Take Off Work To Watch His Son, Argues It's His Wife's Job

Every couple with children lands on some kind of system to share the labor. Sometimes people switch or days, or months, or they agree to have one person take on the housework while the other focuses on supporting the family financially. There is no perfect recipe for a happy family or marriage, but the important thing is that everyone feels valued and not like they're being taken for granted. There's not a single thing wrong with taking on the role of a stay-at-home mom, but it is wrong to be pushed into that position and then resented by your partner for 'having it easier,' as if managing a household is not a 24/7 occupation.

Like we said, find the balance that works for you, but make sure all parties understand why it's 'balanced.'

Guy Calls Wife Crazy Because She Doesn't Want To Host His 'Friend' From The Internet

Hosting is definitely a skill that some people have and some people don't. If you didn't grow up in a big hosting household you can feel uncomfortable with the idea of inviting people over, but it's definitely something you can work on.

That all being said… You are under no obligation to host anyone ever, especially overnight and especially people you don't really know. We are all adults here, and it's ok to admit that it's uncomfortable to have strangers sleeping in the room next to you. There's a reason our homes aren't hostels.

Man Tells His Wife's Overweight Friend To 'Consider' Ordering A Salad

Whether you're super thin, chubby, overweight, even extremely healthy, nobody really appreciates it when people comment on their weight. Everybody thinks they are some kind of nutritionist, it's bizarre. Unless you are a licensed doctor, there really is no reason to give your opinion on someone's weight. Even if your intention is solely to give them a compliment it can make them feel uncomfortable. It's really safer to just… not.

The fact of the matter is that there are so many more interesting things about a person, so why point out something so shallow?

Manipulative Guy Expects Girlfriend Of 3 Months To Lend Him $5000

Every relationship goes at its own pace, and sometimes one side feels like they're ready to take the next step before the other, whatever that 'next step' may be. As long as there is strong communication between both of you this discrepancy doesn't have to be detrimental, however, every so often it is clear that one person is completely living in a world that doesn't exist.

Plus, requesting thousands of dollars after mere months of dating sounds more like manipulation than a measure of intimacy. But don't take our word for it, what do you all think?

Woman Calls Sister For 'Emergency' Babysitting, Even Though Husband Was Fully Home

It's such a blessing to be able to lean on your family members from time to time. Sometimes you'll need an extra hand while moving apartments, someone to water your plants while you're on vacation, and then of course a babysitter for the times you're in a pinch and can't find anyone else. These are all totally normal requests, but they're favors, and should definitely not be taken for granted. If you expect your sister to babysit for free, maybe wait for a time when your fully capable husband isn't already at home.
