Sending emails can be very overwhelming. It feels disturbingly final when you press send, and for those of us who hate proof-reading, it can be such a drag. It's so easy to clarify a mistake over text, but in emails, it's just embarrassing af for some reason. People get judged so much for how they send emails. Do you end it with "yours truly," "best," or "thanks?" What does yours truly even mean? Is this getting too romantic?
It can also be annoying when the effort put into sending an email is not reciprocated by the respondee. But the worst part, of course, is when you send the wrong thing, and it happens literally all the time. It's far too easy! Sometimes I accidentally sit on my phone and then I see that I'm about to send my boss and picture of my roommate's cat. How??
