You'll read these complaints and think to yourself, "can people really be that dumb?" Unfortunately, If you've ever worked in hospitality you'd know that, yes, these are entirely plausible.
"No-one told us there would be fish in the water. The children were scared." Really? No one told you that their would be fish living in their natural habitat -- the water? Really?
