Artist, comedian or other things extraordinaire,Martin Rosnerhas been making comics for a while. But there is something genuinely funny and sad about his comics. They speak the truth... well in a way. Stand up Comedians usually take bits of there lives and create stories for peoples enjoyment. This is what Rosner has seemed to have done with his comics. Martin told Bored Panda, "This whole thing started because I decided to make a comic a day for two months straight. I was severely depressed for two years and failed two colleges but thanks to therapy, meds and a lot of work on myself I'm doing much better. Making these comics to me is like being able to say to my depression, 'even with you in the way I am still able to make something." And we are so glad he did! Just scroll down and see for yourself.
By day, a scientific illustrator, but by night... Bruce Worden is a very clever comic book creator. On one of his latest projects called, "Homophones, Weekly," Worden creates illustrations of words that sound incredibly "alike". These words can sometimes get confusing, but not to fear! Bruce Worden's comics are here!
If you are a true fan of Marvel, you know the main characters in basically every movie. But for those who have not seen every single Marvel movie (and have basically been living under a rock!), they may get a little confused with the characters... Just like @gabregan wife did. And it's hilarious!!!
College...what a wonderful time, for some people! But one thing is certain, it is quite the experience!
Sometimes during college, we get very stressed and anxiety kicks in. Well, for one student Sofia, she decided to put her mind at ease by drawing comics about the college struggle and posted them via her Instagram. And we can pretty much say... We can all relate to them!
The hilarious and all too true to his comics Lunarbaboon aka Chris Grady is married and has two children. He works as a school teacher by day but by 24/7 he's a dad!
We all realize that parenting is a journey or more like a rollercoaster. It has its ups and its downs. He draws and shares his hilarious comics called called Lunarbaboon for all of us to enjoy, but probably for parents out there to let them know... they are not alone! He touches on his family adventures, raising his kids and definitely brings humor to every situation.
Grady told the HuffPost, "Lunarbaboon was created as a way for me to combat my anxiety and depression, [...] There is a lot of bad things happening in the world, but there is also a lot of good [...] I am very lucky to be married to a very smart, strong, opinionated person who is constantly fighting against injustice. A lot of what she and I talk about on a daily basis makes it into the comics."
