Whoever says that food isn't art, have never seen these insane geometric pies, created by self-taught baker Lauren Ko. Her famous colorful pies each have their own unique pattern, which are so accurately intricate, they look like they're made of plastic. Lauren has just brought out her first cookbook called Pieometry, which shows you how to recreate your own pie masterpieces. I know what I'll be serving for the holiday season this year!

Bread is one of life's greatest gifts. Whoever discovered that if you mix flour and yeast, then add some heat, you can create a doughy lump of heaven, should have been King. But gone are the days when a simple load of bread was enough; today, bread is a blank canvas with which you can do all sorts of magical things. One Japanese baker - @konel_bread - has adopted this philosophy and is creating loaves of bread with incredible designs in the middle. From cartoon characters to leopard print, each of her loaves of bread is a beautifully intricate piece of art. Scroll through and be amazed at her talent, but beware, you will be drooling!

If you've been following us for a while, you know that I love some good cake art. We've had beaded cakes, dreamy buttercream creations, and even someone who puts Drake lyrics on the top of her cakes. Because why not? Our latest cake feature will have you dreaming of exotic vacations and faraway destinations because these cakes look like real paradise islands. Yes, the tropical blues and the dreamy greens will make you want to dive straight into these cakes. Literally!

Siân-Amy Pettit is a part-time cake artist whose cakes can only be described as incredibly beautiful and intricate works of art. She uses a technique called dotting, or, as she calls it, pointillism, giving a bead-like finishing and exquisite detail. Each cake looks like it takes hours and hours, and the texture, skill and creativity are out of this world. Scroll through and be as mesmerized as we are at her talent. 

Baking is an art form that few people are blessed with. If you're lucky, you can make cakes for your career, because what else is better than being surrounded by cake all day? But if you can't, then amateur baking is the next best thing and these amateur bakers are proving that they have just as much talent as the professionals. 

Kim Delia is a florist from Bern, Switzerland, who loves to bake in her spare time. Her cake designs are incredible, but the crème de la crème of her work is her intricately beautiful macarons which she has turned into an art. From creating little animals, floral designs, or even gold-edged brush strokes, each macaron is a stunning beauty in itself. Check out some of her designs below. 

Everyone loves cake (right?). Not everyone loves Drake (for some reason). But what happens when you're a genius and combine the two — surely there's nothing NOT to love! That's exactly what @joythebaker did and her Instagram account Drake on a Cake is full of her beautifully decorated cakes each with a Drake lyric on top. The self-taught professional baker, food photographer and cookbook author combined two of her favorite things and all I can say is, I'm grateful for it.
