Woman Judged By BF For Walking Around Her Own Home Without A Bra

Women are constantly being judged for how they dress. Some girls are called basic, too girly, too masculine, too casual, too fancy, etc. We literally can't win. At least at home, we can wear whatever we want, and just be comfortable in the only place we won't be judged. Right? Well, when you let an insecure person into your home, you may find yourself being sl*t-shamed for not covering up enough. Just one of the many joys of being a woman.

Grandpa Gets Called Creepy By ‘Karen’ Mom After Hugging His Young Granddaughter

Each person's family has a different way of showing love for each other. Some families are full of hugs and cuddles, some are full of trust funds and lengthy FaceTime calls. You work with whatever you have, and then you can choose the dynamic for your own children when you start your own family. It's hard to say if there's a superior love language, but one thing is for sure, it is not your job to judge someone else's and make people feel ashamed for showing love in the way they choose. It's time people understand what circumstances really don't involve them.

Unbearably Irritating Things About Women's Clothing

Women's clothing definitely gets more attention than men's, however, one thing they are not known for is being comfortable. Most women's brands lack practicality in their designs. How many times can we complain about not have functional pockets before designers start restructuring their pants? Also, it really seems like everyone and their mother has the same issues with jeans, too tight on the butt and too loose on the waist. Have y'all clothing brands never seen a female figure before? Get with it.

Men Point Out Their Least Favorite Double Standards

We have come a long way in terms of bringing the two genders closer together, but there are still a hefty amount of double standards that we all have to deal with each day. Obviously, both genders benefit from some of them, but a lot of them are particularly annoying. Even the ones that may seem positive can actually be limiting as well. Like, for example, how men are supposed to be the breadwinners in the family. Sure it's motivating knowing people expect you to be successful, but what if you find someone who happens to be making a larger income, are you suddenly now inferior?

You've probably already begun to think of more annoying double standards so let's get into it.

Woman Reprimanded After Not Preparing Vegan Options For Surprise Dinner-Guest

It's really common these days for people to have a few dietary restrictions. There's nothing inherently wrong with excluding a couple of things for health, or environmental reasons, but obviously, some restrictions are more serious than others. Whatever the case may be, if you know you have some pretty strict food rules, you can't really go around assuming people will prepare the appropriate food for you. Unless you wear a sign everywhere you go, you need to vocalize to people what you need, we're not psychics after all.

Mansplaining Tweets That Really Just Prove Men Have The Audacity

Mansplaining is nothing new. I bet there were smelly cave men who incessantly mansplained fire to cave women when they were already using it to cook their every meal. "No simple woman, you don't understand, it's hot, and red, and it hurts when you touch it." We can only hope that they were eventually roasted... figuratively and/or literally.

Anywho, at least these days the ruthless mansplainers get called out on Twitter and it's hella entertaining for the rest of us.

Man Tells His Wife's Overweight Friend To 'Consider' Ordering A Salad

Whether you're super thin, chubby, overweight, even extremely healthy, nobody really appreciates it when people comment on their weight. Everybody thinks they are some kind of nutritionist, it's bizarre. Unless you are a licensed doctor, there really is no reason to give your opinion on someone's weight. Even if your intention is solely to give them a compliment it can make them feel uncomfortable. It's really safer to just… not.

The fact of the matter is that there are so many more interesting things about a person, so why point out something so shallow?

Woman Calls Sister For 'Emergency' Babysitting, Even Though Husband Was Fully Home

It's such a blessing to be able to lean on your family members from time to time. Sometimes you'll need an extra hand while moving apartments, someone to water your plants while you're on vacation, and then of course a babysitter for the times you're in a pinch and can't find anyone else. These are all totally normal requests, but they're favors, and should definitely not be taken for granted. If you expect your sister to babysit for free, maybe wait for a time when your fully capable husband isn't already at home.

Toxic Mom Tells Daughter She Can Either Pay To Live At Home Or Leave

Having a big family can definitely be a blessing and a curse. You're never bored, but you also barely have access to any form of privacy, and sometimes have limited time to work on yourself. Depending on how functional the family dynamic is, having many family members can be like having a large support system. Or it's just like having a large responsibility. It's important to teach your children the value of earning certain on their own, but at what cost? It clearly should not be framed as an ultimatum.

Homophobic Comments That Got Shut TF Down By Internet Heroes

Is there anything more satisfying than seeing some ignorant jerk get called out on the Internet? Well, I suppose it's a little more satisfying to see it happen in real life, but that just is quite unlikely to witness. On the Internet, we have more time to come up with the most beautiful clap back and we can share it with the world and relish and the fact that it did indeed happen. We can share screenshots with our friends and remind them to never cross us, it's one of the little joys in life.

Savage Tweets Reminding Mansplainers That Literally Nobody Asked

It finally appears as though we've reached a point where mansplainers can just barely get away with their bullsh*t-ery, at least on Twitter. There they get roasted so eloquently.

In the real world, however, there are still rogue mansplainers roaming around forcing poor people to listen to their meaningless rants, but we can only roast them one at a time. The final goal will be for mansplainers to actually take a second to ask themselves, "Hold up, did anybody ask me to explain something?" That would simply be monumental.

Hypocrite Fuming After Friend She Uninvited From Her Wedding Doesn't Invite Her Back

Planning a wedding is incredibly stressful. People genuinely put in a lot of of time and effort to assure that the entire day goes seamlessly for all parties involved. But you can plan as hard and as particularly as you want, but there will always be something day doesn't go as planned. What are we to do? We're only humans after all. All you can hope for is some spare time to fix any possible hiccups. Taking it out on your guests is definitely not the route we'd recommend.

Drunk Mom Shames Daughter's Sexuality During Wedding Ceremony

Although the world has come a long way in terms of accepting people's varying sexual orientations. There's always going to be at least one person per family whose mind is stuck in the '50s who is unwilling to accept that their child, or niece, or grandchild is not going to live the hetero-normative life they dreamt up for them. And to those kinds of people, we say, tough sh*t, get with the times.

Entitled Mom Expects Sister To Watch Her Kids Every Time She Runs To A New Hookup

One of the best parts of having a big family when you start having kids is all of the help and support you can receive. Single mothers could especially benefit from a helping hand every once in a while. It's normal to ask for help but to demand or expect it unconditionally sounds more like entitlement. Everybody has their own life and it is not fair to constantly put people in compromising positions just because you feel overwhelmed.

People Reveal Parts Of Their Body They're Embarrassed By For No Apparent Reason

Body image is a touchy topic for most people. Regardless of your gender identity, there is usually something on your body you feel less confident about. And it can be the most random part of your figure, and make no sense, but physical insecurities are usually not rational to begin with. Sometimes they're influenced by the media or the gaze of the opposite gender, but sometimes they just literally pop out of nowhere, Nobody has ever commented on it, but for whatever reason, you are still embarrassed. Isn't it fun that our brains are a little messed up like that? it just keeps things interesting.

Salty Woman Tries To Shame Her Friend For Having Pricey Engagement Ring

For the most part, money should not get in the way of friendship. Two people with drastically different incomes can still have a lot in common, and hang out without their disparities getting in the way. But jealously is toxic, and can definitely spoil a perfectly good friendship. Whether or not somebody 'deserves' the money they have, there's nothing you can do about it. They are just wealthy and therefore have a greater disposable income. If you have an issue with somebody spending their own money... You kind of have to get over it, it's a part of life. There will always be someone with more money than you and somebody else with less, that's just the way it is.
